Swazi Damini, the gospel music sensation is anticipated to invite Polokwane on the 30th March for Ephphata Concert, which was meant to promote her new album “Alabaster”. This award-winning began her career with the musical choir “Joyous Celebrations” and she flew solo in 2003 to launch her solo debut album “My First Love”. She had won hits after hits with her previous album through selling more than 15 thousand more copies in one year.
On Tuesday, her manager Donald Shayi said that the preparations for the concert were going well and managed perfectly. He claimed that “This is not going to be your ordinary Concert. This shall be the best of Swazi’s performances. There shall be anointing in galore. Just be there and see what we have prepared for you”.
Talking about Swazi, she is a spiritual daughter to one of the most prominent prophets named “Prophet Shepherd Bushiri”. Besides hailing from KwaMashu with a strong intense vocal, she is a 40-year-old businesswoman as well as a mother of 3 kids. The Ephaphata concert shall be at Meropa Casino in Polokwane. This is a series of concerts that shall be held nationally as part of the year of Open Doors. Tickets are being sold at Computicket for as little as a standard of R250 and R400 for VIP.
